By purchasing products or services from Bach, you do hereby agree to the following new product warranty, hearing aid repair warranty, return policy, and all other terms and conditions. 

New Product Warranty

All new merchandise or products purchased from Bach are warranted against material or manufacturing defect for a minimum period of one year (certain hearing aid models may have warranties for two or three years) from the date of shipping from our facility to your address.

At our sole discretion we may repair, exchange, replace or upgrade any defective product that you have purchased from us.

Additional/extended warranties are available for purchase at additional cost. Please contact Bach for additional information concerning extended warranties. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

To obtain warranty service on any Bach product, please include a check for processing, shipping & handling of $19.95.

Out of Warranty Hearing Aid Repairs

All out of warranty hearing aids repaired by Bach are warranted for six months from the date of shipment to you unless you have specifically requested and paid the additional $50 fee for a one year warranty.

When you send your hearing aids in for repair, please include a note explaining what you think is wrong with them or possibly what caused them to become broken (dropped in the sink, ran over it with my car, etc.).

You know your hearing aid better than anybody. Don’t worry about the technical talk or hearing aid industry jargon. Just explain in your own words as best you can your hearing aids issues.

Our hearing aid technicians will read your note and start from there. Then, if possible, we will listen and assess your hearing aid’s sound output and its pick up (input). Using specialized hearing aid diagnostic equipment we will determine the issue and do our best to repair your hearing aids.


When shipping hearing aids to our hearing aid repair lab, we strongly suggest that the hearing aids are placed in a crush-proof container such as a pill bottle or hearing aid case. Then place the hearing aid container in a sturdy shipping box for shipping. We also suggest that when shipping your hearing aids to our repair lab that you require a signature upon delivery and/or insure your package. HearSource cannot be held responsible for hearing aids damaged in shipping to us.

After the hearing aid repair technician completes the repair, it is forwarded to or quality control (QC) team. Our Quality Control Specialist assess the complete functionality of your hearing aid including a multi-point inspection and verification.

If QC approves that the hearing aid has been properly repaired, it will be forwarded to the shipping department to be returned to you.

If for some reason your hearing cannot be repaired, it will be sent to one of our customer service representatives and you will receive a phone call from us explaining the issue and your options.

Return Policy, 45-Day Money Back Policy

Bach offers only the highest quality goods. We provide a 45-day return period for a 100% refund of the purchase price guarantee. 

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, within and according to our return policy timeframe in the agreed-upon terms and conditions, contact Bach at 1-800-416-2434 and request an RMA authorization (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Please return the item(s) in the original, undamaged condition (including all original materials, packaging, and accessories) within 45 days of our shipping date to you of any product for a full purchase price refund (your shipping cost to us is not refundable). We must receive returned merchandise at our Bach location within 45 days of our shipping date to you.

Your shipping and handling charges for products you ship or return to us are non-refundable. You may want to insure your return; as we cannot be held responsible for products damaged, lost or misdirected via shipping from you to us.

After we receive the product for return, your refund will be made to you in the manor in which you paid. For example; if you paid using a credit card, your refund will be applied to that specific credit card. If you paid by cash or check, your refund will be in the form of a check.

You may also return any item for exchange or replacement within 45-days of the shipment date due to material defect or damage during shipment. After 45-days, defective or damaged products will be repaired or replaced at Bach Hearing’s sole discretion.

International Customers (Outside of the United States) Terms and conditions of Purchase

All fees and prices quoted are exclusive of any required taxes outside of the United States of America. Levies, duties, VAT taxes, or any other tax or cost imposed by customs or any other international taxing authority, are the international customer’s responsibility to pay (all such fees).

International customers (outside of the United States) agree to pay any and all return shipping and handling charges, including insurance, brokerage fees, special packaging, and transportation costs.
